1. Introduction
Welcome to SkimAds ("SkimAds," "we," "us," or "our"). SkimAds provides JavaScript code boilerplate to help entrepreneurs launch their startups faster (the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service at https://app.skimads.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

3. Use of the Service
You must use the Service and the purchased code packages only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

4. Ownership, Licensing, and Restrictions
4.1. Code Ownership
When you purchase a code package from SkimAds, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to download and use the underlying code to create, deploy, and operate your own applications. You own the resulting applications created with the code.

4.2. Licensing Restrictions
You do not have the right to resell, redistribute, sub-license, or otherwise transfer the SkimAds code boilerplate itself, whether modified or unmodified, to any third party. The code is licensed only for your internal use in developing your applications.

5. Payments and Refunds
5.1. Payment Information
When purchasing a code package, we collect your name, email, and payment information necessary to process the transaction. This data is handled according to Section 6 (Data Collection).

5.2. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within seven (7) days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, please contact support@skimads.com within this 7-day period. After seven days, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We collect and process personal data, including your name, email address, and payment information, to provide and manage the Service.

6.2. Non-Personal Data
We also collect non-personal data through the use of web cookies. Cookies are used to improve your experience and analyze Service usage.
