Welcome to SkimAds. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SkimAds AI Ad Generation platform and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Ownership of Content

    User Input & Generated Assets:

    You retain all ownership rights to the input you provide (e.g., text, product images) and the final video assets generated by our AI on your behalf, subject to your compliance with these Terms. We grant you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the final generated video assets.

    Service and AI Models:

    You acknowledge that the Service, the underlying AI models, technology, and software are the exclusive property of {CompanyName}. No title or ownership in the Service is transferred to you.

    Restrictions:

    You may not use the generated assets or data from the Service to train, retrain, or develop competing AI models or machine learning systems.

4. Billing and Payment

All fees are based on the subscription plan you select. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring, monthly basis and are non-refundable. You must provide a valid payment method. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • - To generate or promote unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or deceptive content.

  • - To infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party.

  • - To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SkimAds does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

In no event shall SkimAds be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
